With unparalleled Four Seasons service and warm Southern hospitality, we'll inspire a truly authentic experience of Music City.We are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator, an exciting opportunity to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville.The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department by ensuring effective communication, organization, and coordination of guest requests and departmental activities. This position helps maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, service excellence, and guest satisfaction while supporting a seamless operation across the hotel.What You Will Do:Answer and manage all incoming Housekeeping calls, ensuring requests are directed promptly and accurately.Coordinate daily Housekeeping operations to maximize departmental efficiency.Lead and support special projects aimed at enhancing housekeeping services and product quality.Prepare room assignment boards and review staffing levels for upcoming shifts.Maintain accurate and organized departmental records, files, and office operations.Monitor and follow up on guest traces, special requests, and service recovery opportunities.Review guest profiles and ensure Housekeeping-related preferences and requests are fulfilled.Respond to guest needs in a timely manner and escalate concerns when necessary.Communicate room status updates and engineering issues, following established procedures for resolution.Assist with room inspection, cleaning, and preparation as needed to support operational requirements.Foster positive working relationships with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Laundry Attendants, and other hotel departments.What You Bring:Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar administrative, housekeeping, or coordination role; supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational needs.Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.What We Offer:Competitive salary, wages, and comprehensive benefits packageExcellent training and development opportunitiesEmployee discounts at Four Seasons properties worldwideComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniformsComplimentary employee mealsComplimentary parkingOpportunities for career growth within Four Seasons Hotels & ResortsSchedule & Hours:Full-Time PositionMust be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
