Housekeeping Support RoleNature of Work: A part-time role providing training, support, supervision, and issue resolution for housekeepers, guests, and homeowners, primarily pertaining to housekeeping.Illustrative Tasks:Train field staff on Twiddy & Company housekeeping policies and proceduresInspect quality of cleaningMeet with homeowners and guests to provide Southern hospitalityProvide in-person constructive feedback to housekeepers to drive improvements in future performanceDeliver supplies for housekeepers and customersReporting Senior: Housekeeping SupervisorSchedule and Admin: This position requires a flexible work schedule, with weekends being mandatory. Scheduling is dependent on reservations and current task load, as determined by direct supervisor. Additional weekday working hours may be available.Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills Required:Communicate clearly in oral and written formStrong teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced, environmentCompetency on phone and tabletPositive and friendly engagement with customers and other staffProfessional communication and personal presentationFlexible and capable of multi-taskingMust be able to tolerate prolonged standing, walking over uneven ground, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, lifting, and frequent carrying of items weighing up to 30 lbsDuties may involve outdoor environments while being exposed to varying weather conditionsSome housekeeping chemical use required
