This role is essential to creating a memorable stay for every guest who walks through our doors.How You Will Create the ExtraordinaryClean 18 guest rooms and bathrooms per shift according to property standardsPush, pull, and maneuver a 50–70 lb. linen cart throughout the shiftChange bed linens, make beds, and supply extra linens upon requestDust and polish furniture, reaching up to 6 feet highSanitize and scrub bathtubs, sinks, toilets, and floors while bending, kneeling, and stretchingLift and operate a 15–18 lb. vacuum cleaner to clean guest roomsMove in?room furniture as needed (up to 15 lbs.)Load linen carts by bending, lifting, and reaching up to 6 feet highReplace guest amenities and ensure rooms are fully stockedWalk extensively between work areas, guest rooms, and department stationsKnock and announce presence before entering guest roomsCommunicate with guests, Housekeeping leadership, and Security as neededRemove room service trays and place them in hallways for pickupReport missing items, damages, pets, or unusual situations to supervisorsFollow proper lost?and?found proceduresNotify supervisors of early checkouts, "refuse service," or "late service" roomsPerform additional duties as assignedMaintain availability for scheduled shiftsDeliver Caesars Entertainment's Family?Style Service at all timesWhat You Will NeedWhat We're Looking ForThree or more months of experience in a hotel or casino environment preferred, but not requiredAbility to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAbility to read and write simple lists, memos, and basic business correspondenceFamiliarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsBe Part of Something LegendaryIf you're ready to bring your energy, reliability, and commitment to exceptional cleanliness to Harrah's & Tropicana Laughlin, we'd be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.Job InfoJob Identification 88756Job Schedule Full timeLocations Tropicana Laughlin (On-site)
