Housekeeping Houseperson - Public AreasJoin the team at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick as a Housekeeping Houseperson - Public Areas, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests while working in a dynamic hospitality setting in Natick, MA.ResponsibilitiesAssist housekeeping staff by cleaning and organizing guest rooms and public areas.Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the hotel.Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and storage areas.Restock supplies as needed in guest rooms and public spaces.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.Support the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnovers.RequirementsPrior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, standing, and bending.Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.Available to work weekends and holidays.BenefitsPay of $17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team environment.Employee discounts on hotel stays.Potential for growth and advancement within the company.Vision and Dental insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Employee lunch.Free employee parking.About the CompanyThe Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is a vibrant and modern hotel dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
