Environmental Services Team MemberLove creating clean, welcoming spaces and enjoy interacting with people? Join our Environmental Services team and help make every visit to the Y a positive experience! We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member who takes pride in keeping our facility safe, clean, and inviting for everyone who walks through our doors.Specific Details:Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) – 12:00 pm – 7:00 pmResponsibilities:Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the facilityCollect, wash, and dry member towels used for cleaning fitness equipmentAssist with set up and take down for programs and special eventsSupport members and staff by ensuring spaces are organized, stocked, and ready for useMake a difference behind the scenes while helping create an outstanding experience for our members every day!Requirements:Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, etc.Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipmentAbility to work on your feet for multiple hours at a timeAbility to move tables, chairs, etc., and lift up to 50 lbs.Benefits:FREE adult Y membership (+ discount on Family Membership)50% discount on Y programs403(b) retirement account12% retirement after 2 years and 1,000 hours per yearFree Employee Assistance Program (EAP)An Equal Opportunity Employer
