Housekeeping StaffEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsures all cleanliness and time requirement standards established for cleaning guestrooms and other areas of the hotel including the lobby, breakfast, pool, fitness center, stairways, hallways, elevators and patio are metRecords room inspection resultsDevelops and trains team members of the housekeeping departmentProvides exceptional guest service and responds promptly to guest inquiries and concernsReports room status and maintenance problems promptlyPerforms additional responsibilities as assigned by leadershipRequirementsQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalismConduct work-related functions in a professional manner
