This role verifies room readiness and supports staff to maintain exceptional quality.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInspect assigned rooms for cleanliness, proper setup, and supply levels.Document deficiencies and verify timely corrections.Report maintenance issues immediately.Provide coaching and quality-check support for staff.Inspect VIP rooms and special request accommodations.Coordinate room readiness with other resort departments.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist with cleaning when needed during high-demand periods.Uses phone to track/monitor room cleans through the location's computer program.Pre and post-storm preparations.Support laundry or public-area tasks as required.QualificationsQualificationsPrior housekeeping or hospitality experience required.Strong attention to detail and consistency.Ability to work independently and in a team setting.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Two years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to coach and support team members effectively.Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Ability to lift 20–30 lbs and push/pull carts.Work EnvironmentIndoor and outdoor work environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
