Housekeeping Room InspectorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Housekeeping Room Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will ensure guest rooms meet brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest readiness. You will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency. You must be available to work on Saturday & Sunday.Key Responsibilities:Inspect cleaned guest rooms to ensure compliance with Hilton brand standardsConfirm all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and presentedIdentify and report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptlyProvide feedback and support to Room Attendants to improve performance and consistencyPrioritize and inspect VIP arrivals, early check-ins, and special request roomsUpdate room status in the hotel's property management system in real timeAssist in maintaining cleanliness standards in public areas as neededSupport housekeeping leadership with quality control initiatives and special projectsEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelinesQualifications:Prior hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentEffective communication and team collaboration skillsBasic computer proficiency; Marriott systems experience is a plusFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shiftsRequirements:· Minimum lifting of 20 pounds.· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.· Hearing, writing, typing.· Minimum pulling of 20 pounds.· Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.· Must have good mathematical and computer skills.· High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred.· CPR and first aid training preferred.· Additional language ability preferred
