Medical, dental, vision & life insurance 401(k) with company match Employee appreciation events year-roundPosition SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping / Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. This role plays a key part in infection control and overall resident satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesClean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areasPerform laundry duties (wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens/clothing)Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facilitySanitize surfaces including handrails, fixtures, and high-touch areasEmpty trash and manage waste disposal properlyFollow infection control and safety protocolsOperate cleaning equipment safely and effectivelyMaintain organized housekeeping carts and supply areasReport safety concerns and supply needs promptlyProvide excellent customer service with a positive attitudeQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderHousekeeping experience required (healthcare or long-term care preferred)Compassion for an underserved populationStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessAbility to follow instructions and safety guidelinesGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
