Housekeeping/Laundry SpecialistPark Village Pines, a faith-based Senior Assisted Living facility, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping/Laundry Specialist to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. We are committed to delivering heart-led care that uplifts and honors those we serve.If you have a heart for service, an eye for detail, and a commitment to safety, we'd love to meet you.Job functions include:In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring that our facility—our residents' home—remains clean, organized, and safe.We are seeking someone who is dependable, compassionate, and ready to serve with excellence to:Clean resident rooms & common spaces on a dailyKeep the housekeeping storage room organized and neatAssist with needed deep cleaning throughout the facilityWork with maintenance to report, repair, or replace items, equipment, etc.Adhere to all safety precautions and work within safety procedures for all supplies, chemicals, etc.Work Schedules:This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.Full-time, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.Job Requirements Include:Ability to read small print on equipment and written instructionsKnowledge of proper use and care of cleaning chemicals such as soaps and disinfectantsPhysical Requirements:Lift and carry up to 50 lbsPush/pull carts up to 75 lbsFrequently bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, and climbStand or walk up to 100% of an 8-hour shiftTolerance to frequent exposure to latex, vinyl, plastic, and other materials used in cleaning and PPPark Village Pines is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
