Housekeeping PositionThe Housekeeping position in Logan, WV is an opportunity in the hospitality/restaurant industry. As an individual contributor, the Housekeeping staff will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property to ensure a positive guest experience. This position will report to the Housekeeping Manager and work closely with other members of the housekeeping team.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and qualificationsPotential for advancement and career growth within the companyResponsibilities:Perform daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and changing linensEnsure all guest and public areas are clean, sanitized, and presentableStock and maintain supplies in guest rooms and public areasUse appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe mannerFollow established safety and security protocols in all tasksReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediatelyCollaborate with other department team members to provide a seamless guest experienceProactively seek opportunities to improve cleanliness and efficiency of housekeeping processesRequirements:Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferredExceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingAble to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeOpen availability including weekends and holidaysEEOC Statement: VP Management is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
