HousekeeperJoin the dedicated team at Courtyard Newark Granville as a Housekeeper, where your efforts enhance our guests' experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a positive impact through attention to detail and excellent service.ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize bathrooms and other surfaces.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.Deliver exceptional customer service by responding politely and efficiently to guest requests.RequirementsPrevious housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.BenefitsCompetitive pay of $16.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.Opportunity to work in a positive and supportive team environment.Potential for growth and advancement within the hospitality industry.Employee discounts at the Courtyard Newark Granville and affiliated Marriott properties.About the CompanyCourtyard Newark Granville is a proud member of the Marriott International family, providing exceptional hospitality services in Newark, OH.
