Public Area AttendantThe Public Area Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team, maintaining the public guest and employee areas. A great eye for detail, a high sense of quality and integrity, and a passion for great service will make a successful candidate.What you will do:Deep cleans lobby, elevators, public area restrooms, employee locker rooms, guest corridors, and other service areas.Performs floor care. Sweeps and mops floors and stairwells. Seals, waxes, polishes tile, marble and brass. Cleans and shampoos carpet. Vacuums hallways and offices.Removes trash from designated areas and disposes trash in a central areaAssists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Housekeeper.Gives assistance to Guest Room Attendants as required; keeps all guest corridors, elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean at all timesInteracts with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitalityIs proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery, reports defects and accidents to management immediatelyReports to your managers any damages/repairs/maintenance needs and a Health and Safety hazardCarries out any other cleaning duties as specified by your managerWhat you bring:Minimum 1 + year previous experience required in related position; in a luxury hotel setting preferred.Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.Have a high level of attention to detail.Ability to understand and working knowledge of English required and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the United States.What we offer:Wage is $21.96 per hourWinter Season Lifestyle BenefitMerchant Pass Available401k participation with company matching programCompetitive Benefits: Medical, Dental and Life InsuranceDiscounted travel with discounted F&B and Spa Services at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.Employee Cafeteria available for mealsBe yourself and become a member of a work family that cares about you and invests in your development.Elevate your craft here and abroad!Employee engagement at all levels; where your thoughts and ideas are not only heard but actioned.Schedule & Hours:This is a full-time position.A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.We look forward to receiving your application!
