Janitorial Position AvailablePatton Building Services, Inc. is a premier regional provider of comprehensive facility management and commercial cleaning solutions. Headquartered in Morgantown, West Virginia, we serve a diverse portfolio of clients across West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. With decades of experience, we have built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and a deep-seated commitment to the communities we serve.We have a part-time cleaning position available in Cowen, WV. The position is Monday-Friday, 5 hours per week. The pay rate is $15/hour. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 6pm to 7pm. We're looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You'll keep our buildings impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, empty trash, and perform other cleaning duties as needed. If you're looking for work with flexibility and enjoy being a part of a team, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Wipe up spills and other hazardsKeep the building safe, clean, and well-maintainedLock doors to ensure building security once cleaning is finishedQualifications:Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethicDriver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is requiredFamiliarity with cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentEducation RequirementsHigh School Diploma/GEDThe following screenings are required:Drug ScreenCriminal Background CheckThe following shifts are available:Night shift
