Housekeeping Room Attendant At Hilton Garden InnAs a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Hilton Garden Inn, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our guest rooms, ensuring that they are always ready for occupancy. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively, paying close attention to detail and adhering to our high standards of cleanliness. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our guests, making your role an essential part of our team.Minimum Qualifications:Must be over age 18Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to pass a criminal records background checkPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a hotel or hospitality settingFamiliarity with cleaning products and equipmentResponsibilities:Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidinessEnsure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good conditionReport any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnelAssist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as neededProvide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAs a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our guest rooms are always clean and tidy.
