The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to Hyatt brand standards.
Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure rooms are fully prepared for guest arrival.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or room discrepancies.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support smooth daily operations.
Maintain a positive, guest‑focused attitude at all times.
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight and stand for extended periods.
