HousemanGreensboro, North CarolinaJob Summary: We are seeking experienced Houseman to join a hospitality team in the Greensboro area. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and guest-ready rooms while ensuring hotel cleanliness standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Clean and service guest rooms according to company and hotel standardsChange bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies and amenitiesClean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize high-touch surfacesInspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and guest readinessRestock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work areaProperly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety proceduresRespond promptly to guest and supervisor requestsMaintain productivity standards while providing quality room presentationFollow all company policies, safety guidelines, and housekeeping proceduresRequired Qualifications:Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability to work weekends and a flexible scheduleStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shiftMust attend an interview and screening process at our Greensboro officeMust be able to interview with the clientMust meet background screening requirementsMust pass a drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or hospitality environmentsKnowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and sanitation practicesStrong time management and organizational skillsCustomer service experience in a hospitality settingCore Competencies Housekeeping, Room Cleaning, Hospitality Services, Guest Room Preparation, Sanitation Procedures, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Teamwork, Customer Service, Organization, Safety Compliance, Dependability, Hotel Operations, Quality StandardsAdditional Benefits:Temp-to-Hire OpportunityImmediate Start AvailableAir-Conditioned Work EnvironmentLong-Term Employment PotentialSupportive Team EnvironmentGrowth Opportunities
