Job description
Houseman PositionWe are seeking a reliable and efficient Houseman to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Houseman will be responsible for common areas in both buildings, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as windows, parking lot, trash duty vacuuming etc. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesClean common areas, including dusting, vacuuming hallways, windows and trash duty.Perform tasks such as helping Housekeeping and Maintenance in areas.Maintain a clean and organized work areaReport any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team membersFollow all safety and sanitation policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience as a housekeeper or in a similar roleStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skillsPerksCompetitive payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan (US only)Professional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
