Houseman/Handyman PositionWe are seeking a reliable and efficient Houseman/Handyman to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. The Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning, common areas, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as laundry and inventory management. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Cleaning on interior exteriorPool responsibilities (knowledge preferred)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProficiency with hand and power toolsKnowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety and sanitation policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a housekeeper or in a similar roleStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skillsPerks:Competitive salaryPaid time offMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan (US only), Employer RRSP match (Canada only)Professional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
