Houseperson AttendantHerschend is seeking a hardworking Houseperson Attendant to help build a unique guest experience for our newest hospitality venture, Dolly Parton's SongTeller Hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Nashville. The ideal candidate leads with heart for hospitality and has an exceptional talent for orchestrating seamless guest experiences. This role will personalize all aspects of the hotel's welcome moment, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the seamless, authentic, and memorable experience guests expect of SongTeller Hotel. So come experience the unique charm, and hospitality that could only be created by the iconic hostess herself!Summary Of Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesDeliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personalityUphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactionalHelp clean and prepare guest rooms to impeccable luxury standards, ensuring every detail reflects comfort and careDeliver a consistent, high-quality presentation of public areas, back of house spaces, and rooms including linens, amenities, and cleanlinessIdentify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experienceRespect guest privacy and handle belongings with the utmost care and discretionRestock housekeeping supplies and maintain organization of housekeeping areas and guest spaceRespond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalismSupport the Housekeeping Room Attendants with any needs to complete work daily with the highest quality possibleRemove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and service areasStock and organize housekeeping closets and carts throughout the shiftCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancyCreate a welcoming, refreshed environment that feels personal and invitingFollow all health, safety, and sanitation standardsSupport deep cleaning projects and special assignmentsRepresent the hotel's culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room servicedMaintain high standards at all times while on property and all guest facing space in the hotel.
