Job description
Public Area AttendantAt HCW Hospitality, a clean environment is key to a great guest experience. As a Public Area Attendant, you'll ensure that our hotel's public spaces are spotless and inviting. Your attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable and cared for.As a Public Area Attendant, you'll maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's public areas. In this role, you will:Clean and sanitize lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other public areas.Restock supplies and ensure public spaces are well-maintained.Respond to guest requests and provide assistance as needed.Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.Maintain cleanliness of elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.Assist with special cleaning projects as required.Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in cleanliness.
