Job description
The Road Home in Utah seeks a Housing Advocate Team Lead to ensure compassionate, trauma-informed support for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will oversee daily shelter operations, mentor staff, document incidents, and coordinate with emergency services to provide critical resources.
This in-person role reports to the Housing Advocate Supervisor, with a swing shift (3 pm–11:30 pm) and weekend work.
