Job description
The Rochester Housing Authority is seeking a Public Housing Inspector to perform comprehensive housing inspections for units in HUD-assisted programs. The role ensures compliance with NSPIRE, HQS, local codes, and RHA policies, while coordinating with owners, tenants, and contractors to maintain safe, sanitary housing.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant inspection experience; certifications must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
