Job description
Eurofins BioPharma Testing is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Director, Business Unit Manager to establish and lead a new Houston microbiology laboratory. The role includes startup from ground up, facility setup, staffing, client onboarding, and direct P&L ownership for the site.
You will partner with sales, quality, and support functions to build a scalable operation, drive profitability, and position Houston as a model for future satellite labs within the BPT network.
