Benecon is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Greater Houston Area to lead market development, client acquisition, and regional growth. The role requires strategic oversight of partnerships and collaboration with ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, VERIS Operations, and the Sales & Marketing Divisions to meet ambitious sales goals.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business or related field, 5+ years in employee benefits, and current licenses for health and life insurance.
