Job description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Houston team and support cost management across a diverse portfolio of heavy civil and infrastructure projects. The role requires leading cost management activities throughout the project lifecycle and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
The candidate will oversee estimating, cost planning, procurement support, change management, forecasting and commercial administration while maintaining client relationships
