Now Hiring: HP Indigo Digital Press Operator – Level 2Location: Mahwah, NJ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Salary: $75,000 per yearPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our team in Mahwah, NJ.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HP Indigo digital presses. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials, maintaining color accuracy, and ensuring production deadlines are met.Certification Requirements: Candidates with an HP Indigo Level 1 Certification or a Level 2 certification from another digital press manufacturer will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor HP Indigo digital presses to meet production schedules and customer specifications.Perform routine press maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues and coordinate with HP Indigo support when needed.Maintain color accuracy and consistency through press calibration and adjustments.Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and defects.Prepare print jobs, load substrates, and adjust press settings as needed.Monitor ink, substrates, and other production supplies.Collaborate with prepress, finishing, production, and quality teams to meet deadlines and job requirements.Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and equipment records.Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses.HP Indigo Level 2 Certification preferred.Candidates with HP Indigo Level 1 Certification or Level 2 certification from another manufacturer will be considered.Strong knowledge of digital printing, color management, and press troubleshooting.Familiarity with RIP software and HP Indigo workflow management systems.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.What We OfferCompetitive annual salary of $75,000First-shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMOpportunity to work with advanced digital printing technologyA collaborative, production-focused work environmentInterested in this opportunity?
