HPC Engineer (Elite Fintech Trading firm) $500,000 + Bonus/Benefits!
Client – Award winning Financial Trading firm run by passionate Computer Scientists
Salary – Up to $500,000 + an exceptional bonus and package
Location – New York, City based (stunning offices)
Role:
Build and optimise next gen infrastructure to support the engineering teams
Help architect a resilient, multi-petabyte storage solution
Automate anything and everything with Python & config tools
Innovate whilst bringing in new ideas
Sells:
Invest heavily in cutting-edge tech
Technologists only report to technologists
Techies treated as top commodity so ‘spoiled’
Very friendly/collaborative people
No red tape
Beautiful offices
Small team size in a growing company so able to make a significant impact
On-prem / Bare metal experience in a mission critical environment
Strong configuration / automation experience (ideally Puppet or Docker)
Some networking experience/troubleshooting
Ideally worked in a HPC research, low-level or ultra-low latency environment (not essential but nice to have)
A likeable personality with good people skills!
