Job description
Payroll CoordinatorCoordinate, reconcile and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce. Establish accurate and timely processing of payroll. Calculate and process wage adjustments. Process employee changes (i.e. new hires, terminations, garnishments, tax levy deductions, calculations, other deductions, etc.). Assure timely processing of all workers' compensation and unemployment wage requests. Complete and submit disability coverage data for processing and payment. Arrange payroll reports as needed. Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Respond promptly and courteously to all payroll inquiries from management and employees. Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Conduct other tasks as required and assigned.
