Job description
HR AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent will assist with administrative tasks related to employee records, onboarding, recruiting support, and general HR coordination. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the HR team.Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation scheduling.Support recruiting activities such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.Respond to employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies, procedures, and documentation.Prepare reports, letters, and other HR-related documents.Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, and other HR support functions as needed.Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
