HR Assistant – Temporary Part-TimeThe HR Assistant will provide temporary, part-time support to the HR team with day-to-day employee onboarding and administrative responsibilities. This position will assist with ensuring new employees complete required onboarding steps and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day employee onboarding processesCommunicate with new employees regarding required paperwork and onboarding requirementsTrack completion of onboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding itemsEnter and maintain accurate employee information in HR systemsAssist with pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug testingMaintain organized and confidential employee recordsProvide general administrative support to the HR teamAssist with other HR-related tasks as neededQualifications:Previous experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain confidentialityExperience with Paylocity is a plusPosition Details:Pay: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Part-time, approximately 6 hours per day Employment Type: Temporary Duration: Through the end of 2026
