Human Resources AssistantHawk Automotive Group is looking for an individual to join our HR/Payroll team as part-time. The Human Resources Assistant will assist to ensure that the HR operations are managed seamlessly and within compliance. This will include providing administrative support and maintaining all procedures.Responsibilities:Recruiting assistance with online job postings, reviewing candidates, and scheduling job interviewsComplete pre-employment screenings and onboarding processAssist in the off-boarding processServing as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queriesEnsuring compliance with employment and labor lawsGeneral administrative duties as neededRequirements:2+ years of experience in HR role or relevant internship experienceAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityStrong verbal and written communication skillsSolid organizational skills and mindfulnessTime management skill with ability to meet deadlinesAnalytical problem-solving skillsProficiency with MS OfficeKnowledge of payroll processing is a plusThis is a part-time position with a possibility of becoming full time in the future in accordance with growth of the workforce and needs of HR Department.
