After reading this post, if it is, we cannot wait to speak to you.Job Expectations:Partner with recruiter to develop a creative recruitment strategy maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of networksAssist recruiter to attract candidates by writing and maintaining job postingsAssist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes/applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidatesAssist facilitating a fun, engaging and informative New Hire OrientationAccurate and timely new hire entry in the HRIS and affiliated onboarding electronic systemsProcess new hire paperwork including pay plans, I-9s, etc.Process employment documentation, including offer letters, status changes, and other personnel actionsConduct exit interviews for separating employeesMaintain statistical and tracking reporting, i.e., hiring, terms, etc.Assist employees with basic benefits, payroll, and policy inquiriesSupport benefits enrollment and annual open enrollment activitiesHR reports, metrics, and other administrative documentsCoordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programsTrack and maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and trendsAssist preparing EEO reports for FCCBackup for reception when neededMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee informationProvide administrative support to the HR teamComfortable traveling to locations away from officeParticipating in special projectsMiscellaneous HR administration dutiesPerform additional duties as assigned/neededMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent4-year degree in Human Resources or HR Certification, a plusBi-lingual a plusMinimum of two years HR experience preferredRecruiting experience preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)Excellent oral and written communications skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionallyStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsPass pre-employment background screeningValid driver license with acceptable driving recordReliable transportationSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneJob Type:Full-TimeBenefits:401(k) & 401(k) MatchingEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time Off After 6 monthsReferral ProgramAssociate Discount ProgramAnd others outlined in our Benefits GuideSchedule:Ability to work a flexible schedulePay:This is a non-exempt positionHoller and Classic Family Collection of Dealerships and Marc Media are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
