SNI has partnered with a client in the Tulsa area in their search for an HR Business Partner. This is a direct hire/salaried role with astableandgrowing client.

Responsibilities include:
Acts as an advisor to multiple business units including hiring needs and operations plans.
Acts as a liaison between leaders and business units regarding HR/Business strategies including: Performance Management, Total Rewards, Succession, Talent Acquisition, Learning.
Identify training needs and coaching opportunities for individuals and business units to include designing and/or delivering Management training to improve overall organizational effectiveness.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with service centers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Candidates should have:
Education
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred
Experience/Training
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the HR field, primarily focusing on the resolution of complex employee relations issues.
Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including performance management, federal and state employment laws, and training.
Experience within financial industry preferred
This position is fully onsite with a pay range between 70-80K -DOE with bonus potential.
