Job description
Beacon Mobility is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across our New England locations. This hands-on role partners with managers at union and non-union sites in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire to drive employee relations, labor relations, benefits and engagement initiatives.
You'll shape HR programs, use Workday and MS Office, and explore AI-driven ways to connect with our workforce.
