Job description
Third Sector New England, Inc. (TSNE) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide proactive, values-aligned HR support for fiscally sponsored projects.
You will collaborate with project directors and internal partners to guide employee relations, performance management, and policy application. Reporting to senior HR leaders, you will identify risks, implement compliant practices, and help design staffing processes that sustain TSNE’s mission and values across multiple states.
