Job description
The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a multi-site workforce across 15+ locations. This role focuses on employee relations, investigations, and partnering with operational leaders to drive engagement and performance.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-site environments. SHRM/HRCI certification is a plus and travel up to 40% is expected.
