Summary
The HR Business Partner advises and partners with supply chain leaders at a distribution center to develop and implement people programs aligned with business strategy. The role uses business insights and data to address workforce priorities, strengthen talent, and support organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Advise leaders on people and business issues using internal and external insights, data, and trends.
Support inclusive workplaces, learning, talent, compensation, succession planning, and leadership development.
Identify organizational and workforce opportunities and coach leaders through change and team effectiveness efforts.
Lead HR programs and network-wide projects across a complex, fast-paced business environment.
Requirements
At least 5 years of applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders.
Experience managing labor plans in a high-volume, changing operations environment; supply chain experience is a plus.
Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent pipelines.
Strong analytical, project management, communication, business, and people skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
