$60.00/hr - $70.00/hr

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a household-name organization through strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication. This role drives enterprise‑wide change initiatives and supports a major HR transformation.
Responsibilities:
Drive adoption through integrated change, communication, and learning strategies.
Enable leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Assess organizational impacts and partner with Communications on materials development.
Collaborate with PMO and implementation partners to identify global and regional impacts.
Support project teams in addressing readiness gaps related to the SAP SuccessFactors deployment.
Prepare agendas and materials and work with change network teams.
Oversee training strategy, including planning, train‑the‑trainer, and end‑user delivery.
Coordinate training logistics, compliance, enrollment, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Provide strategic input to communication planning to ensure consistent messaging.
This is a 5‑month contract with a leading global organization based in Atlanta, GA. The role is 100% remote. Successful candidates demonstrate high initiative and thrive in fast‑paced enterprise environments.

Required Skills:
5+ years of change management and training experience, preferably in global, matrixed environments.
Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes and best practices.
Experience leading multi‑stream initiatives.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and balance competing priorities.
Preferred:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No sponsorship available.
