Job description
HMSHost seeks a Sr. Manager, HR Compliance to lead nationwide compliance programs across the United States and Canada, guiding policy governance and investigations. This role partners with Legal, People & Culture, and Operations leaders to manage risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
The position requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to drive scalable compliance processes in a multi-unit hospitality environment. Bethesda-based role with travel as needed.
