As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting U.S. recruiting operations and helping create a smooth, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. You'll work across multiple programs, processes, and stakeholders, making a measurable impact on how we attract top talent.
Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Abbott Park, IL
Pay Range: $23/HR ON W2
What's the Job?
Partner with talent acquisition teams to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for commercial and engineering roles. Manage key steps in the hiring process, including background checks and drug screenings. Coordinate high-volume phone, onsite, and digital interviews across multiple divisions. Handle scheduling logistics end to end, including invites, travel, transportation, and lodging. Process candidate travel reimbursements and route/track relocation and sign-on bonus documentation. What's Needed?
Associate's degree in HR, Communications, or a related field. Experience in customer service, HR, or administrative support. Strong skills in Microsoft Office products. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent organization, communication, and service-oriented interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. What's in it for me?
