The onsite HR lead will play a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by providing on-site human resources support to employees, leadership, and staffing partners. This role ensures a positive employee experience, compliance and company policies and efficient workforce management. Key Responsibilities Provide daily HR support to warehouse employees and supervisors Ensure timekeeping, attendance and scheduling and accurate Support safety initiatives and reinforce a culture of safety Pay: $19-$22 Shift: 7am- 5pm Monday- Friday (Saturdays as needed) #410
