Job description
PSEG Services Corp. is seeking an Employee Experience & HR Digital Strategy Lead to drive the strategy, redesign, and execution of myPSEGconnect, aligning employee experience with engagement goals.
You will partner with HR and IT, leverage AI-enabled tools, define roadmaps, and build analytics to measure adoption and satisfaction, supporting enterprise programs and workforce productivity. This role requires a BA/BS with 5 years of relevant experience.
