Job description
Grand Island Casino Resort is seeking an Human Resources Director to lead HR strategies and programs, report to the GM, and shape an employee‑oriented culture focused on guest service and integrity.
You will oversee talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, records management, and compliance with AA/EEO and gaming regulations, while advising management and managing HR staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
