Job description
Golden State Foods is hiring a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy for the Conyers manufacturing site. You will shape culture, develop organizational capability, and oversee talent, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
You’ll coach the local HR team, drive an inclusive culture, and ensure HR programs support business goals while maintaining regulatory compliance at the site.
