Union Tank Car Company, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks a Director of Human Resources in Chicago. This highly visible leadership role partners with operations to shape workforce strategy across locations, blending HR leadership, labor relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.
You will lead an HR team, drive talent planning, succession, employee relations, and compensation processes, and oversee union-related programs and collective bargaining.
