Job description
Signet Health Corporation seeks a Director of Human Resources for Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center in Midland, TX. This on-site leadership role oversees recruitment, compensation, benefits, leave, and employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and program success.
The position reports to the Chief Engagement Officer/P resident of the Program and requires a strong healthcare HR background with a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a Master’s and SHRM certification.
