Job description
Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join the leadership team. This role focuses on the employee experience from recruiting and onboarding to retention and workplace culture.
You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, compliance, benefits administration, training, engagement, and retention, while partnering with facility leadership to maintain a professional, supportive work environment.
