HR Generalist 3 - Support a growing organization with impactful HR leadership
Target Pay Rate - $32-35 per hour
Overview

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Strong candidate assessment and interview skills, including virtual and in-person evaluation
Knowledge of federal and local employment laws
Experience in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with HRMS systems such as PeopleSoft
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Track record of developing talent pipelines and succession planning
Ability to coach and counsel managers on employee relations
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Prior experience in a plant or manufacturing environment
HR Generalist background with hands-on experience in employee relations and talent management
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
Experience managing multiple priorities with a high level of organization
Other Requirements
Up to 5% travel for site visits and meetings
Work schedule aligned with plant hours, primarily on-site with some remote flexibility
Ability to obtain necessary work authorization
Valid driver’s license if travel to different sites is required
