Baker Tilly is seeking an HR Consultant (Generalist) to join our Indiana-based team in Fishers. You will provide outsourced HR and consulting services to multiple clients, handling compliance, onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance, and employee relations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, one year of HR experience, and strong MS Office skills. Familiarity with payroll processes and ADP ATS is preferred. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
